The sensors live on!

Wearable sensors, such as Kestrel DROP we have used in our project, too often become research waste. We kept thinking about how to keep re-using them, so that they would not just end up on an office shelf. While thinking about their potential for teaching environmental anthropology or utility in our future research, for now we have lent them to our sister-project, UrbEat. Our sensors will be used to study how urban development affects the intensity of Urban Heat Island in Warsaw.
