EXHAUSTION research project

Heatwaves, air pollution and a changing climate lead to more heart and lung diseases in Europe. The EXHAUSTION project works to increase European resilience. Exposure to heat and air pollution in Europe – cardiopulmonary impacts and benefits of mitigation and adaptation (EXHAUSTION) is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
